I have texted Justin Williams numerous times and have been ignored I stopped to see him and he told me he would check on it and replacing it and would let me know by 12/26/25. It was a little strange at the beginning as I tried to get vehicle transferred to Washington to purchase there as that is are normal location. Justin was very helpful even when I told him we would like to purchase in Washington. After a couple conversations with our salesperson in Washington we were advised to purchase at Uftring Montgomery as there was a lot of interest in this vehicle since it was a 2025 and priced very well. Overall very good experience with the Uftring group.

They are upstanding, honest, trustworthy people. I know that sounds different than what most people think of car dealers, but Uftring Montgomery is that kind of place,. When i first came on the lot, ryan approached me and took me to see some suvs that i asked to see. Then i mentioned that i had recently purchased a xt4 cadillac from your dealership and from tina. Ryan said that he thòught tina was there and he would go get her which he did. Then tina and i took a test drive. Then we agreed on a price and we started to set up the purchase. My wife is homebound so tina let me take the car in question home to show her. Then i returned the next day to close the deal. I signed the papers and then tina and i took the papers home for the wife to sign. The mgr ran the deal past cefcu and the deal was approved. We got both cars home. I drove tina back to the dealership. I am very happy with my purchase and the whole transaction. Thanks. Leroy
